We do not guarantee the availability of replacement items for exchanges.

Refunds and returns are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy and may be adjusted at our discretion.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Refund and Return Policy.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Certain items, such as final sale products, gift cards, and personalized items, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If a refund is issued for a discounted item, the refund amount will reflect the price paid at the time of purchase, not the original price.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to ensure availability.

Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.
We may require customers to return the original item before shipping the replacement.
If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
